3. This Web site is aimed at customers accessing the site from within
the UK and who are subject to UK law. Those accessing this site from
other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws
and tax regime. Orders may only be placed by those who are at least
18 years old.

days and keep the consumer informed throughout the process.

7. Delivery of Goods
Delivery outside of mainland UK by arrangement only - Please email
for further details (delivery charges may be made).
Delivery will normally be made within 5 working days of the order
being placed. Should there be a delay in the despatch of the order
the customer will be informed by e-mail within 48 hours.
Delivery will be made by Royal Mail or Parcelforce during the working
day.
Any special delivery instructions in the event of no one being present
to receive the parcel should be advised at the time of order.
9. Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Protection ( Distance Selling ) Regulations 2000,
you have the right to cancel your order within seven days, starting
the day after receipt of the goods, without giving a reason. This
is your cooling off period. You do not need to return the goods within
this period for you to secure a refund. A refund will be given with
in 30 days of cancellation, irrespective of whether the goods have
been returned at this stage. If the goods have not been returned we
will make a charge for collection and deduct this from the refund.
This is the only charge that will be levied. Goods must be returned
in the original packaging and in a resale-able condition.
Upon inspection and confirmation of the above the customer's account
will be credited with the purchase price of the item.
The returns form should be completed in full and confirmation received
before any goods are returned.

In the event of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from date
of order before contacting The Happy Motorist either in writing or
by e-mail.
In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty,
the customer should retain the product and contact The Happy Motorist
by e-mail or in writing within 10 days of receipt, whereupon a replacement
or refund will be arranged.
